Account Deletion

Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the Murudo app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account & Security.
- Tap Request account deletion.
- Optionally select a reason or add notes, then confirm deletion.
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Murudo account and request deletion.
What Data Is Deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, Murudo removes the core account and profile data associated with that account, including profile details, photos, prompts, matches, and messages tied to the account.
What Data May Be Retained
Murudo may retain minimal records where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, chargeback handling, and transaction-reference history. These retained records are limited and are not kept for advertising purposes.
Other Privacy Requests
Murudo does not currently provide a separate self-serve workflow for partial data deletion while keeping the account active. Users can update profile information in-app and can contact [email protected] for privacy questions.
